Schedule Accompanying Greenhouse Gas Verification Statement Number INV.VOL.0715.2021 Brief Description of Verification Process SGS has been contracted by Nilfisk A/S for the verification of direct and indirect carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) equivalent emissions as provided by Nilfisk A/S, Kornmarksvej 1, 2605 Broendby, Denmark in their GHG Assertion covering CO 2 equivalent emissions. Roles and responsibilities The management of Nilfisk A/S is responsible for the organization’s GHG information system , the development and maintenance of records and reporting procedures in accordance with that system, including the calculation and determination of GHG emissions information and the reported GHG emissions. It is SGS’ responsibility to express an independent GHG verification opinion on the emissions as provided in the Nilfisk A/S GHG Assertion for the period 01/01/2021 – 31/12/2021. SGS conducted a third-party verification following the requirements of ISO 14064-3: 2019 of the provided CO 2 equivalent assertion in the period March 2022 to July 2022. The assessment included a desk review of the GHG Assertion and supporting data presented. The verification was based on the verification scope, objectives and criteria as agreed between Nilfisk A/S and SGS on 10/04/2022. Level of Assurance The level of assurance agreed for the assignment is a limited level of assurance. Scope Nilfisk A/S has commissioned an independent verification by SGS of reported CO 2 equivalent emissions arising from their global activities, to establish conformance with the requirements of WRI/WBCSD GHG Protocol and its amendments within the scope of the verification as outlined below. Data and information supporting the CO 2 equivalent assertion were historical in nature, proven by evidence, ) or estimated based on the best available data and in accordance with the methodology defined by Nilfisk A/S.
